STEPHEN
KAPNIK earned his J.D. from Yale in
1976. He lived on a Sioux reservation and in Israel, and worked with youth
and taught before he began a career in civil litigation. Mr. Kapnik has
extensive experience in helping clients evaluate and resolve their disputes,
whether through mediation, arbitration or trial. He
is admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S.
District Court for Colorado, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Federal Court
of Claims. Mr. Kapnik is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar
associations, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

JACK
STEELE graduated from Furman
University in South Carolina in 1975, with a B.A. in history. He did graduate
work in history at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and earned
his J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1983. He was an editor of the University
of Colorado Law Review and a recipient of the Courtland A. Peterson Award.
After working as law clerk to Chief Justice
Luis D. Rovira (retired) of the Colorado Supreme Court, Jack began his
practice representing injured persons in premises liability, wrongful death,
medical malpractice, health maintenance organizations (HMOs), products
liability, motor vehicle accident, and other personal injury cases.
Mr. Steele is a member of the American,
Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the Colorado Trial Lawyers
Association.

MOLLY
E. HOMAN focuses her practice on civil
litigation, with emphasis on falling merchandise premises liability and
personal injury cases. She has litigated falling merchandise cases in
Colorado, New Mexico and North Carolina.
Ms. Homan earned a B.A. political science from
the University of Dayton in 1991, and a J.D. from the University of Denver in
1996. A member of the University of Denver Law Review editorial staff,
she authored "United States v. Lopez, The Supreme Court Guns Down the
Commerce Clause," 73 University of Denver Law Review 237 (1995).
She participated in the Hoffman Cup Moot Court Competition in 1994 and 1995,
and received American Jurisprudence awards for Trial Practice.
Ms. Homan is admitted before the Colorado
Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado,
and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She is a member of the American, Colorado,
Denver and Colorado Women's Bar Associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers
Association and the Colorado Alliance of Professional Women.

ALAN
S. THOMPSON earned both a B.A. degree
(1986) and J.D. degree (1990) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In
law school, he was the production editor of the University of Colorado Law
Review. He conducted his first trials while still in law school
representing indigent clients in criminal matters through the University's
Legal Aid and Defender program. Mr.
Thompson is licensed to practice in Colorado and is admitted before the
Colorado Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of
Colorado, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. He has appeared in courts in
Colorado, Wyoming, California, and New Mexico.

NUSS graduated
from the University of Iowa in 1985 earning a B.S. in information systems. She
graduated from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 1989.
